Sequence search

• Submit the amino acid sequence of the β/α chain(s) to find related structures in the database. Structures can then be used as templates for homology modelling tools.
• Currently, this feature is only enabled for αβ TCRs. The list of γδ TCRs is listed here.
• Each sequence is first numbered using ANARCI in the IMGT numbering scheme. Currently, only TCR sequences can be used for searching.
