IMPORTANT: ABodyBuilder-ML will become deprecated in the near future, as ABodyBuilder2 is now our main tool for antibody structure modelling, which will affect other tools such as TAP and Hu-mAb. To receive notifications for any of these updates, follow our Twitter account.
NB: Currently, ABodyBuilder-ML cannot be used to model VHH sequences as the protocol is designed to work with paired VH-VL sequences and the underlying machine-learning model has not been trained on VHH sequences. We are working on ways to accurately model VHH sequences and hope to make this feature available again soon.
