  • You can search for a specific entry using its PDB code.
  • Search for a subset of nanobodies by attribute - such as species, experimental method, resolution, residue at a particular position etc.
  • All these nanobody structures are also in the main SAbDab database - search the complete database of structures here or look for a structure with a similar sequence to a query here.
  • Statistics for the available nanobody structures can be found here
